This event is a tribute to the first adventurers of the Paris/Dakar Rally-Raid of the 80s. DESERTUS BIKUS will take you through desert areas in Spain, such as the Desert des Bardenas.
Different choices are possible depending on mileage, elevation gain, wind, … All roads or highways are allowed. The road bike is strongly recommended, adapt your tires to be able to mix road/track. Some checkpoints are located in the middle of the desert, their access is done by easy tracks (no mountain bike’s needed). The easy “rolling tracks” parts represent 5 to 10% of your final route depending on your itinerary.
